Description: The main objective of the survey was to assess the current state of demand for financial services, such as microfinance and digital financial services among small and medium-sized businesses.
Based on the data collected during the study, the frequency of microcredit services consumption and the incentive factors for choosing certain sources of financing were identified.
The collection of primary data among the target audience also revealed the level of need for loans to finance small and medium-sized businesses. The level of awareness of respondents about certain electronic financial services and their level of prevalence were also determined.
Methodology: 1026 – respondents quantitative survey and 16 in-depth interviews were held
