Description: The main purpose of the study was to determine the assortment of oil and fat products that are in most demand among manufacturers of confectionery and bakery products in Uzbekistan, as well as to identify potential market impoverishment.
The study also included the analysis of the competitive environment (major suppliers, producers of goods), consumer preferences, their needs and the level of solvency.
Within the project framework, in addition to research of oil and fat products market, the main trends in the development of sugar, flour, rice, wheat and oilseeds markets in Uzbekistan were determined.
Methodology: Mystery shopping, desk research. Face-to face survey of B2C and B2B consumers, market experts, competitors.
